Mental health and Covid-19

A constant tussle between positive and negative thoughts consumes our mental health daily. When a crisis situation like Covid-19 hits us it amplifies our mental vulnerability and fragility. Unfortunately, this chaos clouds the mental clarity; manifesting negative instincts like ‘fear’ and ‘panic’ to take over. We cannot let this devastating pandemic debilitate our life and a conscious effort is required to keep our mind balanced. Strong determination is needed to overcome panic, and to develop a positive frame of mind to take on our fears. This ‘new normal’ can be overwhelming.
