Fish out of water

The current global COVID-19 situation is impacting differently to each one of us as we wade through uncharted waters. We are all trying our best to adjust to this new normal— navigating government guidelines and restrictions, managing radical shifts in our daily routine, be it family, friends or work. For some, there may be choppy days hence creating a challenge to manage emotional turbulence like fear, anxiety or depression.
